Orchid Boutique is a floral and landscape design studio founded by Ada Law, shaped by over a decade of practice across orchids, bonsai, and commercial landscapes. Guided by balance, restraint, and longevity, her work moves fluidly between intimate arrangements and large-scale environments where plants soften architecture and invite calm.
We offer local delivery to San Gabriel, Alhambra, Rosemead, Temple City, Arcadia, San Marino, Pasadena, South Pasadena, and Altadena. For all other areas, we invite customers to pick up in-store. For larger orders or special installations, we offer custom arrangement delivers in the San Gabriel Valley.
Orchid Boutique also serves as a creative location for film shoots and pop-up experiences, welcoming artists and entrepreneurs to shape new stories within the space.
As the location manager for Orchid Boutique, we also welcome filmmakers, artists, and entrepreneurs to book the space for creative shoots or pop-up events through Peerspace.

In this dreamy Bloom Room short, follow our heroine (played by yours truly) as she drifts into a whimsical world of oceanic greens, flowing orchids, and one cheeky little Zen statue that seals the deal.
A green mermaid ceramic pot steals the spotlight—paired with cascading blooms and a surprise ending that might make you giggle. It’s floral art with a splash of storytelling and style.

Janet Chu — Store Manager, Creative Director, & Designer
Creative direction and storytelling are led by Janet Chu, a filmmaker, actress, producer, and multidisciplinary designer with formal training in Film & Television Producing from California State University, Northridge. She also studied Apparel Manufacturing at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, where she developed an early foundation assembly line production, pre-production, production, while practicing proportion, material, color, construction, and visual presentation.
Her creative practice moves across film, fashion, botanical design, and interior design. Drawing from her experience in production and visual composition, Janet approaches orchid arrangement as more than floral decoration—each piece is developed as a living composition, with attention to scale, movement, texture, color, negative space, and the relationship between the arrangement and the surrounding interior.
She has expanded this practice into her own orchid design collection, Bloom Room, where orchids, natural materials, ceramics, glass, stone, wood, and sculptural elements are brought together to create contemporary botanical works for residential, commercial, hospitality, and event spaces.
Bloom Room also exists in dialogue with her YouTube channel, Bloom Room Films, where filmmaking and living design continuously influence one another. The same principles used to construct a cinematic frame—composition, mood, character, rhythm, and storytelling—inform the way Janet approaches botanical and interior design.
Her work reflects an ongoing interest in the space between film, art, interiors, and living materials, creating objects and environments that are not simply decorative, but designed to evoke a feeling, establish a point of view, and tell a story.
